💡 What: Implemented request coalescing in third_party/eleventy-plugin-local-images/.eleventy.js.

🎯 Why: To prevent redundant downloads of the same remote image when referenced by multiple pages concurrently during the build process. This improves build performance and reduces network usage.

📊 Measured Improvement: Verified with a reproduction script that concurrent requests for the same image result in a single download (fetch call) instead of multiple. Baseline was N fetch calls for N concurrent requests; improvement is 1 fetch call for N concurrent requests.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8724470685773726958 started by @si

Prevents redundant downloads of the same remote image when referenced by multiple pages concurrently during the build process.
Implements a `pendingDownloads` map to cache in-flight requests and return the same promise for subsequent calls.
This reduces network bandwidth and speeds up the build for sites with repeated remote images.
